Yes. Export your Investment Holdings Report from Sharesies (Invest → Settings → Export data) and import it into GeckoPro as a CSV. Your tickers, quantities, and cost basis are read automatically. With CSV import, there's no login required and you control exactly what you share.
GeckoPro supports CSV import from any broker that exports transaction history. Interactive Brokers users can sync trades directly via IBKR's Flex Web Service. If you need help with a specific broker's CSV format, get in touch at [email protected].

Not currently. GeckoPro monitors individual stock tickers and generates signals based on price, volume, and momentum data. KiwiSaver and managed fund holdings don't have individual ticker signals, so they're not supported at this stage.

When you import a Sharesies CSV, GeckoPro reads your ticker symbols, share quantities, buy prices and trade dates. We don't read your name, account number, or any other personal information the file may contain.
For supported CSV formats, the raw file is discarded after import. Only the parsed holdings are stored against your account. If we don't recognise the format, we save a copy so we can investigate and add support. You'll be notified when it's ready.
Your holdings data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. It's used only to run your signals and display your portfolio, and is not shared for commercial purposes.
You can clear your imported holdings at any time from the Portfolio tab, or email [email protected] to delete your account entirely.
We don't sell your data. GeckoPro is a subscription product. Your membership is how we make money, and that's the whole business model.
What we collect: the tickers you watch or hold, your email, last login time, and device/country from your browser (used for support). If you've enabled push notifications, we store a device token. If you get alert emails from us, we record when you click a link in one, so we know the alerts are reaching you. That's it.
What we don't collect: your broker password, your bank login, or any trading authority. CSV imports require no credentials. You export the file from Sharesies yourself and upload it here. When you connect via Akahu, your login is handled by Akahu directly; GeckoPro receives only your current holdings from them.
Your data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email [email protected] and we'll handle it within a few days.
No. Your portfolio data is private to your account and is never visible to other users. GeckoPro Limited is a small NZ company. We do not sell your data. We use contracted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) to operate the platform, and they process limited data only as required to deliver those services. Your data is never sold or accessed for any purpose outside providing GeckoPro to you.

Holdings are stocks you own. Add these with your cost basis and quantity for portfolio-aware alerts. Watchlist is for stocks you're watching but don't currently own. GeckoPro scans both for signals and alerts.
