Yes. Export your Investment Holdings Report from Sharesies (Invest → Settings → Export data) and import it into GeckoPro as a CSV. Your tickers, quantities, and cost basis are read automatically. GeckoPro never connects to your Sharesies account. It's read-only via CSV.

GeckoPro accepts CSV files from any broker that includes ticker symbols, quantities, and cost basis. Sharesies exports work natively. For Hatch or other formats, contact support and we'll help you get set up.

When you import a Sharesies CSV, GeckoPro reads your ticker symbols, share quantities, buy prices and trade dates. We don't read your name, account number, or any other personal information the file may contain.

For supported CSV formats, the raw file is discarded after import. Only the parsed holdings are stored against your account. If we don't recognise the format, we save a copy so we can investigate and add support. You'll be notified when it's ready.

Your holdings data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. It's used only to run your signals and display your portfolio, and is not shared for commercial purposes.

You can clear your imported holdings at any time from the Portfolio tab, or email [email protected] to delete your account entirely.

We don't sell your data. GeckoPro is a subscription product. Your membership is how we make money, and that's the whole business model.

What we collect: the tickers you watch or hold, your email, last login time, and device/country from your browser (used for support). If you've enabled push notifications, we store a device token. That's it.

What we don't collect: your broker password, your bank login, or any trading authority. CSV imports require no credentials. You export the file from Sharesies yourself and upload it here. When you connect via Akahu, your login is handled by Akahu directly; GeckoPro receives only your current holdings from them.

No. GeckoPro is an information and monitoring tool only. Signals and alerts describe what has been detected. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any investment. Always make your own informed decisions or consult a licensed financial adviser.
