GeckoPro Limited ("GeckoPro", "we", "us") operates as a subscription-based service. We want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. This policy sets out when refunds are available and how to request one.
This policy is subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), which cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights.
If you are not satisfied with GeckoPro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Founder subscriptions are offered at a reduced rate in recognition of early adopters who support GeckoPro during its development phase. In exchange for that pricing, founder subscriptions carry specific conditions:
Note: If GeckoPro materially fails to deliver the service described at the time of your founder subscription purchase, we will consider your case under Section 6 (Service Failures) regardless of this limitation.
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once processed, except:
To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date via your account settings or the billing portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect immediately no further charges will be made. You retain access to GeckoPro until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
We take service reliability seriously. If GeckoPro experiences a significant, sustained outage or materially fails to deliver core functionality, we will assess refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
Planned maintenance windows, third-party data provider outages (e.g. market data feeds), and short-lived disruptions under 4 hours do not qualify for compensation.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), if GeckoPro fails to meet a statutory guarantee, for example, the service is not fit for purpose or is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy. This right exists independently of our refund policy and cannot be excluded.
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), we are prohibited from making misleading representations about our service. If you believe we have misrepresented GeckoPro, please contact us or the Commerce Commission.
Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Statutory guarantees under the ACL apply where GeckoPro is supplied as a consumer service. Contact the ACCC or your state fair trading office if you believe your rights have been breached.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify subscribers by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days advance notice. Continued use of GeckoPro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
